Holistic Massage treatments are based on the Swedish system of tissue manipulation which is a central part of therapies such as Physiotherapy and Stress Management. Massage is beneficial to all body systems and is a natural and effective way to treat both physical and psychological problems.

Therapy includes: Back, Neck, Shoulders, Arms, Hands, Legs, Feet and Abdomen (any area you do not wish to be massaged can be omitted and more time can be concentrated on particular problem areas from the above) - An all round relaxing treatment.
Deluxe Full Body Massage, 1hr 15mins, £40.00
As Full Body but includes Face and Scalp – The ultimate in relaxation.
Back, Neck, Shoulder and Head, 45mins, £30.00
Great tension buster for Back and Shoulder problems caused by bad posture or stress.
Back Massage, 30mins, £25.00
Concentrates on problem areas to increase mobility.
All the above treatments are carried out on a Therapy Couch with oils.
Clothed Seated Massage
A great introduction to massage, carried out on a specially designed Therapy Chair which is perfect where space is limited or just a quick and convenient tension buster is required. Offered at home or in the Work Place. A relaxing treatment focusing on breaking down particular tension areas and improving mobility.
Upper Body, 45mins, £25.00
Therapy Includes: Back, Shoulders, Neck, Head and Arms.
Stress Buster, 30mins, £20.00
Concentrates on Back, Shoulders, Neck and Head.
The above treatments are carried out without oils on a Therapy Chair and include assisted stretches for improved mobility.
Indian Head Massage
Works on the Head, Neck & Shoulders - Points of the body where pressure, rubbing and manipulation are most effective and are important energy centres within the body. Life Energy flows within us and by working on the channels it flows through or specific points or areas, this energy can be brought back into balance. If you are tired, stressed or agitated tension can build up in these areas. Indian Head Massage can help clear blockages and release tension keeping the body in balance with regular treatment. Indian Head Massage works on an emotional and physical level calming the spirit promoting relaxation and relieving stress.
This treatment is carried out seated without oils.

Works on relieving back and shoulder aches and pains and promoting feel good ‘endorphins’ which are passed on to baby.
The above treatments are carried out on a couch in the side lying position with pillows and cushions placed for comfort.
